I purchased this dress in Barcelona in 2011 and when I was doing my closet cleanse before the big move, I stumbled upon it and realized it had never been worn. Because it was the only item in my wardrobe that had never left my closet since being hung there, the logical thing to do would be to get rid of it. But because I knew I love the cut and was just waiting for the right shoes to wear with it, I decided to hold on a little longer … and I’m glad that I did.
After these photos were taken I slightly regretted not changing my shoes into a pair of neutral stilettos I just got in, but I suppose it’s more realistic this way. This is what I wore to work last Thursday!
