This look is pretty similar to the one featured in the “Colorful Prep” post from last week. Same bones, different pieces. Although they are made of the same building blocks, the outcome is quite different. This overall feels of these looks aren’t similar at all, and that’s one thing that I love about fashion! I can stay true to myself and feel comfortable, but still have a lot of variety in my personal style.

I like the clever way you wore that necklace.
I love the little bit of bling popping out! It is a completely different look. Definitely a bonus to having a “uniform!”
Oh that IS a clever way to wear your necklace!
The Occasional Indulgence
I have those same shoes but in gray. I haven’t worn them in forever, but this makes me want to break them out!

I love the sheerness at the top of the collar. So feminine and pretty!
Kayley, I am in love with that sweater; the same from your Valentine’s Day post with the red pants. Def never spend over $100 on a sweater BUT wondering if you can tell me how well it washes, is wearing? If it’s well-made, maybe I’ll put it on my birthday list
thank you! LOVE your blog! you inspire me daily!
xoxo
It washes well! I run it in a delicate cycle and lay it flat to dry and I’ve been happy with the results! Thank you for the encouragement.
