This look is definitely more on the traditional side. I’d by lying if I said I didn’t feel a little like a soccer mom … but a soccer mom in the best kind of way. I really enjoyed wearing something other than skinny jeans for once, and I honestly can’t remember the last time I covered the top of my boots with my pant leg. A small step for man … a giant leap for my personal style.
There is something to be said for classic fashion. It is timeless, always looks put together, and is subtly chic.
I’m loving this new little bit of bling from Poshlocket. It goes perfect with the jewelry I already have in my collection, and I suspect I’ll be wearing it pretty often from here on out.

Hi Kayley –
Where are your boots from?
Thanks,

Oops! I forgot to list it. They are from Wanted Shoes.
This is so cute and I completely agree with you about classic pieces. I think you can’t go wrong with timeless pieces when they fit well & your outfit is the perfect example of this!

I love this outfit on you! Classics are always my favorite, and I really want your sweater/shirt combination! I love the colors
Since I started wearing skinny jeans about a year ago, my boot cut jeans have done little else but collect dust in my drawers. I try to take them out every once in awhile, but I just love the look and style and versatility of skinnies.
But I really love this outfit. It’s so simple, comfy, but really cute and really put together. Lovely!
I love the gingham shirt and the bracelet. Classics are always good!

I have those J Crew jeans. They are my absolute favorite! I’ll have to pair them with a gingham shirt and pullover sweater!
I know you wear that watch practically every day, but I always love it. And I love it even more with this new wrist candy!
