Today I have an outfit to share, and tomorrow I have a DIY project. This outfit is the prequel to the DIY
project considering it is featuring the completed project before the project process is actually
posted. Hence this posts title, “The Prequel”. I decided to keep it nice and literal.
Outfit Breakdown:

Bracelets: Banana Republic , Fab.com /Â Shoes: Adrienne Vittadini via Piperlime (on sale!!)

Kai and I have gotten back into watching SNL. Well, I guess I should say we’ve gotten into watching
SNL the next day after our DVR records it. Either way, it’s been cracking me up. I’m not sure if it just
recently got funnier, or if it’s always been hilarious and I’ve missed out. Did anyone watch this past
weekend’s episode? The spoof of the Superbowl Chrysler ad and the Bein’ Quirky skit were my
favorites!
Tomorrow morning we are heading out to Salt Lake City for Kai’s best friend’s wedding! Yes, I will be
updating while we are away – I’d miss you too much.

i remember sitting in mr. marrese’s math class, ripping the bottom seams out of our jeans to make them look like that. i’m only realizing now how loud and distracting that must have been. (i, too, loved the imitation of Michael Sera)
Very cute outfit! I love the belt!
I have been reading your blog for quite a while but haven’t commented until I saw that you are flying out to my home town! I hope SLC treats you well. I absolutely love you blog. Keep the posts coming!
What gap style and wash are those jeans – love them!
they were a limited edition.
When I saw your outfit I was like, “I hope her belt is the DIY”… excited for the tutorial!!!
That sweater looks so cute & comfy – and I love how you double belted it! The fact that the belt is DIY is awesome
